This Collaborative Series bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Company is a custom blend of straight bourbon whiskey finished in barrels from Silver Oak, the winery that has made California Cabernets for over fifty years, ageing them only in American oak.
The bourbon spent 17 months in the Silver Oak Cabernet barrels. The result is described as a balance of ripe fruit, caramel and roasted nuts.
