Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #10

Discovery Series #10 is a bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Company, part of a collection of limited-edition releases. Each release is a blend of aged bourbons selected and blended by the company's distillers. The series is built around experiments with mash bills, ageing techniques and finishing methods. Earlier releases have included bourbons finished in casks that previously held wine, sherry, port or rum, as well as blends of bourbons of different ages and mash bills. Each bottle in the series is hand-labelled with its blend and tasting notes.
