Bardstown Bourbon Company – Discovery Series #10 (75cl, 57.1%)

Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #10 is the tenth release in the distillery's blending series, a Kentucky whiskey bottled at 57.12% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It combines five whiskeys: 62% 9-year-old Kentucky bourbon, 18% 13-year-old Kentucky bourbon, 8% 6-year-old Kentucky bourbon, 10% 10-year-old Georgia whiskey and 2% 10-year-old Tennessee whiskey. It is bottled at barrel proof and is not chill-filtered. Toasted pecan, maple and baked cherry lead the nose. The palate brings vanilla cream, hazelnut and cocoa over deep oak, and the finish is long, with warm spice.
