Discovery Series #2 from Bardstown Bourbon Company is a blend of Kentucky bourbons. Its base is a 12 year old bourbon, combined with light accents of older and younger Kentucky bourbons.
The nose is layered, with maple, cinnamon, ripe pear and aged leather. The palate is warm, with tannic oak set in rich flavour, and the finish is long and enduring.
