This is a six year old wheated straight bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Company's Origin Series, bottled in bond. It is made from Kentucky-grown corn and wheat, and the mash bill holds 20% wheat.
The notes begin with baked peach and cream, then cocoa with hints of lemon. The mouthfeel is smooth, with stone fruit and toffee, and the finish is long.
