Bardstown Bourbon Discovery 2026 (75cl)

This is the 2026 Discovery release from Bardstown Bourbon, a blend of three bourbons aged 7, 10 and 11 years, in a 75cl bottle. The blend then rested for four months in garryana oak barrels, each custom-made and hand-toasted for three hours by Oregon Barrel Works. Summer ageing was chosen for maximum extraction, and the whiskey was proofed gradually before bottling. The nose offers toasted oak, burnt sugar and baked apple cobbler. Dried cherry and cinnamon bark follow on the palate, with a long, warming finish.
