Bardstown Bourbon Silver Oak Collaborative Series is a bourbon made in collaboration with Silver Oak, the Napa winery known for cabernets aged in oak barrels. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskey is a custom blend of bourbons aged between 9 and 15 years, which was then finished for 17 months in Silver Oak barrels.
The nose offers baked strawberry, plum and roasted nuts, lifted by cinnamon and cocoa. The full-bodied palate brings caramel and fig, followed by a lightly tannic balance of oak, spice and blackberry.
