Ferrand Cognac Finish II is a Kentucky bourbon from the Bardstown Bourbon Co. Collaborative Series, new for 2025 as a limited edition. It blends Kentucky straight bourbons and rye, with components aged between 6 and 12 years, and is bottled at 55.9% ABV.
The blend is finished for 15 months in Maison Ferrand Cognac casks, which add dark fruit to the oak and spice.
Black cherry, toasted oak, vanilla cream and rye spice lead the nose. The palate offers baked apple, pecan and raisin with oak and rye spice, and the finish carries hints of mint with lingering oak and fruit.
