Bardstown Origin Series Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 53%)

Origin Series High Wheat is a straight wheated bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Co., distilled on its own estate and bottled at 106 proof in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill contains 39% wheat, which gives the whiskey a distinct character within the Origin Series. Ripe apricot and lemon rest on leather and crème brûlée on the nose. The palate is bold, with oak and pastry, and the finish is full-bodied and lightly spiced.
