Barolo Bussia Riserva DOCG from Giacomo Fenocchio is made solely from Nebbiolo from the Bussia cru in the Langhe. It is an intense garnet red with orange reflections. The nose offers ripe red fruit, plum, balsamic notes, sweet spice, tobacco, liquorice and dark chocolate, with ethereal and aromatic herb nuances. On the palate it is robust and tannic, balanced by lively acidity, with a long, harmonious finish. It suits red meat roasts, game and aged cheese.
