Barolo Chinato Borgogno

A Barolo Chinato from Borgogno, born in the Langhe, a land known for Nebbiolo cultivation. It is distinguished by an aromatic infusion of herbs and spices, including cinchona, which gives intense and enveloping complexity to the base wine, a Barolo of great structure and character. The result is a deep garnet red, with aromas mixing balsamic, spicy and slightly bitter notes, framed by cherry, faded rose and tobacco. On the palate it balances sweetness, polished tannins and a fresh bitter persistence, highlighting its spicy and aromatic nature.
