A Barolo from the Langhe, made exclusively from Nebbiolo. The vineyard sits on calcareous-clay soils, which give the wine elegance and finesse.
Ageing takes place in wooden casks, where it matures slowly. The nose shows intense aromas of rose, spice and ripe red fruit, with earthy and balsamic notes typical of Nebbiolo. On the palate it is robust, with well-polished tannins and a balanced finish.
It suits red meat, game and aged cheeses.
