Barolo DOCG Bussia - Arnaldo Rivera

A Barolo DOCG from the Bussia subzone, produced by Arnaldo Rivera. It has a ruby red colour with slight garnet hues, and aromas of ripe red fruit, light floral notes and earthy hints evolving into delicate spice. On the palate it shows solid structure, perceptible but well-integrated tannins and acidity that supports drinking. The finish is long with a savoury trace. It suits red meats, feathered game or aged cheeses, and can be drunk now with attention to serving temperature or cellared for further harmony.
