A Barolo DOCG from Vite Colte, made in the Langhe from Nebbiolo grown on calcareous soils. Ageing in wooden barrels gives it a refined, complex structure.
The wine shows intense aromas of faded roses, cherry and sweet spices. On the palate it is full, with velvety tannins and a balance between freshness and warmth, and it can evolve over the years.
It pairs well with red meat, braised dishes and aged cheeses.
