Barolo DOCG Liste Biologico Borgogno

A Barolo from Borgogno, produced from Nebbiolo grown in the Liste vineyards in the Langhe, Piedmont. The production follows a strict organic discipline, with no chemical compromise, and ageing takes place traditionally in oak barrels. The wine shows aromas of faded rose, ripe cherry and mineral notes. On the palate it is structured, with soft tannins and a balance that suggests long evolution. It pairs well with red meat, braised dishes and aged cheeses.
