Barolo DOCG - Tre Tine - Giuseppe Rinaldi

A Barolo from Giuseppe Rinaldi, made from Nebbiolo selected from three different vineyards. It shows a garnet red colour with orange reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with ripe red fruit, faded flowers, spice, tobacco, leather and a light mineral trace. On the palate it is deep and structured, with robust but refined tannins and acidity that gives freshness and long persistence. It suits red meats, truffle dishes, game and aged cheeses, and can be enjoyed slowly.
