Barrel Hitch American Whiskey Oregon Oaked (75cl)

Barrel Hitch Oregon Oaked is an American whiskey from Eastside Distilling, in a 75cl bottle. It starts with the standard Barrel Hitch whiskey, which then has a second ageing in new Oregon oak barrels from the distillery's own collection, for up to four months. The first barrel gives it its stronger flavours, and the second adds a touch of savoury spice. On the palate it is described as dessert-like with tannins, then white oak, caramel, coal and vanilla, and the flavour stays long after the sip.
