This is a 12 year old straight bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits, a 2025 release in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of bourbon barrels aged 12 to 15 years, distilled in Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee, then finished in slow-toasted American oak and bottled in Kentucky at cask strength, 113.4 proof (56.7% ABV).
On the nose there is caramelised sugar, cocoa, roasted almond and vanilla cream. The palate is full-bodied, with crème brûlée, clove, soft oak spice and caramel latte, and the long finish carries toffee, honeyed wood and nutmeg.
