Barrell Bourbon Batch 036 is a cask strength blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from three states, bottled at 57.22% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The blend brings together Kentucky whiskey of 9 years, Indiana whiskey of 7.5, 8 and 10 years, and Tennessee whiskey of 8 and 15 years. Its derived mash bill is 79% corn, 16% rye and 5% malted barley. This is the first batch to appear under a redesigned label, which puts the batch number and the full breakdown of states and ages on the front. Tasting descriptions mention caramel corn, apple pie and powdered sugar sweetness, balanced by musty leather, oak and dried citrus.
