A six-year-old blend of straight bourbons from Barrell Craft Spirits, the 001 edition of its Cask Finish Series. It is bottled at cask strength, 57.76% (115.52 proof), in a 750ml bottle.
The blend draws on bourbons distilled in Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee, ranging from 6 to 14 years old, which were then finished in Mizunara casks for one and a half years. Mizunara finishing is described as adding subtle notes of sandalwood, herbal spice and coconut.
