Barrell Bourbon

This is a bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits, a producer that seeks out individual barrels and batches of bourbon with distinctive character. Barrel-aged bourbon is often used as a component in larger blends, where its individual qualities can be lost. Barrell instead bottles its selections at cask strength, so that each keeps its own character. Every barrel and batch differs from the last.
