Barrell Bourbon New Year 2026 is a limited-release blend of bourbons from Barrell Craft Spirits, bottled at 110.3 proof (55.15%). The components range from 5 to 16 years old and come from Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wyoming, Maryland, New York and Ohio. The derived mash bill is 74% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley and 1% wheat. Brown sugar, cherry compote, toasted almond and orange peel show on the nose. The palate offers caramel, cinnamon, dried apricot and dark chocolate. The finish brings lingering spice, maple syrup and oak tannins.
