Barrell Bourbon New Year 2026 is a cask-strength blend of straight bourbons from Barrell Craft Spirits of Louisville, Kentucky. It is the 2026 edition of the producer's annual New Year release, blended each autumn as a toast to the coming year. The bourbons range from 5 to 16 years old and come from Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wyoming, Maryland, New York and Ohio. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 55.15% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The nose offers brown sugar, cherry compote, toasted almond and orange peel. On the palate come caramel, cinnamon, dried apricot and dark chocolate, followed by a lingering finish of spice, maple syrup and oak tannins.
