Barrell Dovetail

Barrell Dovetail is a blended American whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits. It combines woody bourbon with a range of casks: Dunn Cabernet, toasted French oak, Late Bottled Vintage Port pipes and blackstrap molasses casks. The blend took almost a year to get right, from blending through to labelling. Releases use the same ingredients and process, and the proof varies from one bottling to the next. It is described as buttery and deep.
