Barrell Dovetail is a blended whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits, sold in a 75cl bottle.
It is finished in three kinds of barrel: rum, port and Dunn Vineyards Cabernet. That multi-barrel finish is what sets it apart, giving a blend of sweet and robust flavours. It can be taken neat or on the rocks.
The nose offers candied raisins and molasses with a hint of anise. On the palate come cane sugar, molasses and dark cherries.
