Barrell Rye Batch 003

Barrell Rye Batch 003 is a blend of rye whiskies from Indiana, Poland, Tennessee and Canada, made up of barrels of 4, 6 and 14 years old. The blend was built in stages. Tennessee rye barrels with caramel and dried fruit character came first, then Polish rye was added for its nuttiness and mouthfeel. Canadian rye brought earthy notes, and the Indiana rye was included for balance.
