Barrell Seagrass is a rye whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits, bottled at 118.4 proof (59.2%). It blends American and Canadian rye whiskeys, each sourced and finished separately: in Martinique rhum agricole casks, apricot brandy casks and Madeira barrels. The blend was put together to recall a day on the coast, with sun, sea air, dry sand and oceanside vegetation. The nose is ripe and tropical, the body grassy and bright, and the finish long.
