Barrell Whiskey Infinite Barrel Project (75cl)

Infinite Barrel Project is a cask-strength blended whiskey from Barrell Craft Spirits of Louisville, Kentucky. Selected barrels are blended in one large vessel. With each bottling, a portion is taken out and replaced with new barrels chosen to enhance what remains, so every release differs and the strength changes from one to the next. The first bottling combined Tennessee whiskey, Tennessee rye, Indiana whiskey, Polish malted rye, Scotch and Irish whiskey. Later releases add Tennessee and Kentucky bourbons. It launched in February 2018. Batch 1 showed dried fruit, charred oak, vanilla, honey and roasted almond on the nose, then clove, cinnamon and allspice on the palate, and a very long, warm finish.
