Barsento W'Heart! Spumante Rosato Extra Dry IGT

A sparkling rosé from Barsento, made from 100% Primitivo. The grapes are grown on a trellis system with controlled yields and harvested at the end of August. After destemming and soft pressing, the must ferments at low temperature and rests on the skins for about 10 hours before pressing. Secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave, with at least 5 months on the lees. In the glass it shows an intense coral colour with violet reflections. The nose brings gently fruity aromas, floral notes, yeast and hints of bread crust. The palate is fresh and pleasant, dry yet rounded by a light sweet note, with cherry, toasted bread and strawberry nuances, supported by good sapidity and persistence.
