Basil Hayden is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey created in 1992 by Frederick "Booker" Noe, the sixth-generation Jim Beam master distiller. It is made with a high-rye mash bill and bottled at 80 proof, which is 40% ABV. It is presented as an approachable expression of bourbon. The flavour is described as light yet complex, balancing smooth sweetness with spicy notes.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
