Basil Hayden's is a bourbon bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The nose opens with vanilla and soft caramel, alongside fruit buns glazed with honey and cinnamon, apple, brown sugar and candied fruit, all over toasted oak.
On the palate, caramel and toasted oak sit beside vanilla fudge and dried summer fruits, with spice and a hint of cracked pink pepper. Apricot and creamy soft fruit lead into a smooth, lingering finish.
