Basil Hayden's Bourbon (75cl)

Basil Hayden's is a bourbon with a high rye mash bill, in a 750ml bottle. The rye does not overwhelm the spirit, and neither corn, oak nor char pulls it in one direction, which gives a balanced and nuanced profile. The palate is silky and soft, with roasted pear, baked apples stuffed with walnut, and baking spice at the front. Cinnamon and golden raisin round out the mouthfeel.
