Basil Hayden's Dark Rye is a rye made from two whiskies with a touch of port added.
On the nose there is sweet caramelised banana, stewed berry and oak spice. The palate is complex, with toffee and dried fruit lifted by oak spice.
The finish is long, with fruit and rye spice repeating on the way out.
