Basil Hayden's is a small batch straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle.
Its story goes back to 1796, when Master Distiller Basil Hayden Sr. mixed small grains into a traditional corn mash. He expected the spice of rye to complement the sweetness of the corn.
It is described as having rich hints of peppermint, notes of pepper and slight citrus overtones, finishing spicy and warming.
