Batch 10 Honey Bourbon (70cl, 36%)

Batch 10 Honey Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon infused with New Zealand honey, bottled at 36% in a 70cl bottle. The bourbon flavour comes through strongly at the start and gives way to a smooth, natural honey finish. It is suggested neat and cold, with a splash of ginger beer, or served warm as a winter drink. The Batch 10 Hot Toddy uses 60ml of the honey bourbon with 180ml of hot apple juice, a cinnamon stick and a star anise.
