Woodinville 10 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

This is a 10 year old straight bourbon from Woodinville Whiskey Co. in Washington, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl-style 750 mL bottle. It was released in 2026 as a limited edition and completes the distillery's 8-9-10 Year series, which began with the 8 Year in 2024 and the 9 Year in 2025. The mash bill is 55% corn, 35% rye and 10% malted barley, with more rye than the distillery's standard bourbon. The oak staves are seasoned outdoors for 24 months, then made into new barrels with a heavy toast and light char. The nose offers dark caramel, toasted oak, baked apple and vanilla with a little rye spice. On the palate come toffee, dried cherry, cinnamon and cocoa over oak. The finish is long and warming.
