Bear Fight is an American single malt whiskey in a 750ml bottle. It was aged in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in both sherry casks and peated casks.
The nose offers toasted pecan, ripe red apples and honeysuckle. On the palate come dried figs, black currants, wildflower honey and candied dates. The finish brings cream sherry, medium-toast American oak and a hint of Islay-style peat smoke.
