Beccaia Vermentino Bolgheri DOC - I Tirreni

A Vermentino from Bolgheri, produced by I Tirreni. It is made from carefully selected Vermentino grapes and vinified to preserve the variety's typical aromatic qualities. In the glass it is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit, fresh flowers and Mediterranean aromatic herbs. On the palate it is lively and harmonious, with fresh acidity balanced by structure and a persistent, savoury finish. It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs well with seafood, fish dishes and vegetarian cooking, as well as dishes seasoned with aromatic herbs and quality olive oil. Serve at 8-10°C.
