Beenleigh Flood Bourbon Barrel Aged Rum is produced at the historic Beenleigh distillery in Australia from local sugar cane molasses. It is matured in bourbon barrels, giving woody, vanilla and spicy notes. The nose shows caramel, oak and light spice, while the palate is soft and enveloping with honey and sweet tobacco. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails.
