Belfour Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey (50.3%)

This is the first small batch from Belfour Spirits, a wheated straight bourbon bottled at 50.25% ABV (100.5 proof). It was a one-time release, made from only 95 barrels. The nose is led by wildflower honey and gardenia. Creamy, sweet flavours follow, with notes of honey graham cracker, candied orange peel and sweet pipe tobacco, and the finish is complex and evolving.
