Bellavista Franciacorta DOCG Alma Non Dosato Assemblage 2 is a sparkling wine from Franciacorta made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco. No sugar is added after the second fermentation, allowing the wine to express the natural qualities of the soil and grapes. The nose offers fresh bread crust, white flowers, citrus and almond. The palate is elegant and fresh, with lively acidity, marked minerality and aromatic persistence, ending clean and refreshing. It works as an aperitif and with raw fish, light starters and seafood.
