Bellussi Blanc de Noirs Spumante Brut Prestige (1.5L)

A sparkling wine made from Pinot Nero grapes grown on hills and harvested by hand. White vinification with light cold maceration and gentle pressing gives a dry, fragrant wine with solid structure, shaped by careful and prolonged spumantisation. It shows a pale yellow colour with copper reflections. Versatile as an aperitif, it also suits cold fish dishes and raw seafood.
