Belvedere 10 Vodka (75cl)

A vodka inspired by the method used when the Belvedere distillery was established in 1910. It is made from a single harvest of organic Diamond Rye, grown in one field on an estate in north-east Poland. The spirit is made in small batches each year, distilled four times and then rested for ten months. The tall white bottle has ten levels, one for each step of the process. The nose is coconut, cacao and vanilla with a little fresh lemon. The palate is creamy, with light honeyed sweetness, caramel and green coffee. The finish is smooth, with nutty praline and dark cacao.
