Ben Eideann Fionain Jerusalem Red Wine Cask Single Malt (75cl)

This is a single malt Scotch whisky from Ben Eideann, in a 750ml bottle, distilled, matured and bottled in Scotland. It is kosher. After years in American bourbon casks, it spent its final months in Cabernet Sauvignon casks sourced from kosher wineries in the Jerusalem Mountains. The bourbon casks contribute Muscovado sugar and vanilla, which sit alongside robust forest fruit from the red wine casks.
