This is an 11 year old Highland single malt from Ben Nevis, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection at 59.7%. It was distilled in December 2014 and matured in a second-fill Port pipe before bottling in April 2026. 655 bottles were filled, each of 70cl, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The nose shows mineral notes with dark red fruit, dried berries and a light spiciness. On the palate, a sweet and bitter balance of chocolate and roasted nuts meets ripe berry fruit.
