This is a single cask Ben Nevis bottled by Adelphi at 6 years old, after maturing from 2015 to 2021. It comes at 62.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with no colouring or chill filtration.
The whisky spent its whole maturation in a first fill Oloroso butt, cask number 10714, and 588 bottles were originally filled.
The nose offers red fruits, berries and plums, with a fine smoky note behind. On the palate it is full-bodied and spicy, with red berries, plums, wood smoke and pepper. The finish is medium-long, fruity and slightly bitter.
