This Ben Nevis is a 23-year-old single cask malt from Whisky-Doris's Art Nouveau series. It was distilled in 1995, matured in a sherry butt and bottled in 2019 at a natural cask strength of 52.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colouring and is not chill-filtered.
The nose is typically described as dried fruit, dark chocolate and spice with a touch of leather. On the palate it is powerful and layered, balancing sweetness, spice and ripe oak.
