A mezcal from Mexico distilled from 100% agave Espadín using traditional methods. It is crystal clear. The nose shows cooked agave with earthy and smoky notes from underground pit smoking. On the palate it is velvety and robust, with agave, pepper and light herbal accents and a light smoky finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails.
