Benjamin Chapman Corn 4 Year is an American whiskey aged for four years and bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Its mash bill is 80% corn, 11% rye and 9% malt. The high corn content brings sweetness and roundness, while the rye and malt add structure towards the finish.
The nose is fresh cornbread, vanilla cream and butterscotch with baked pineapple upside-down cake. The palate is velvety and soft, with biscotti and toasted almonds, and the finish is warm and lasting.
