A blended Scotch from the 1950s, bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle with a spring-cap closure. It was produced and bottled by Benmore Distillers Ltd of Glasgow and takes its name from the Scottish mountain that stands 1,174 m tall. The company once had a distillery in Campbeltown and later owned Lochindaal on Islay and Dallas Dhu in Speyside. The Benmore blend was created around the 1920s and drew on malts from all three, although only Dallas Dhu was named on the label.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
